Customers Love This Hebron, Ohio Hotel

Thank you again to BEST WESTERN PLUS Staff. I had a very lengthy drive from Canada and when I was greeted by the friendly staff at front desk, they allowed me to check in early! I am usually a customer of another hotel chain and was hesitant to use BEST WESTERN PLUS.... After being able to check in early I will be sure to use BEST WESTERN PLUS again in future. As this is one of my priorities when staying at hotels... When travelling you sometimes just get to your destination before the Usual check in times. After such a lengthy drive it made the hotel that more appealing to be able to check in early and just relax. Thank you again! Just that simple early check in has made me want to choose BEST WESTERN PLUS again and will be sure to share my wonderful experience with other travellers! - Cara

Do not have the name of hte lady at reception/departure who also helped serve breakfast, or of housekeeping staff but their friendliness, courtesy and professionalism were much appreciated!  We noted and approved of this hotel's "green" details, also very much enjoyed using the pool and spa - our preference is always for properties offering these amenities -Belle

I accidentally left my cell charger in the room. When my husband called to ask if staff could look for it and send it, the front desk person told my husband that he was just getting ready to put it in the US Mail to us. I was very happy that the staff cared so much that they found it and desired to get it back to me. How thoughtful (and professional!).- Diana

The owner is always very nice and remembers us after repeated stays. It's always nice to see his friendly face when we check out in the morning. We have always had experiences with professional and kind staff there.- Angela
